Ok, don’t panic – not just yet, anyway. Because we ask all guests to arrive 30 minutes before their show time, hopefully you’ll be able to get here just before your actual show begins.

Even if you don’t think you can get here before your show start time, things may still be ok. If you reckon you can get to your Maze in the next 30 minutes, then keep going. Once you arrive, speak to one of our team – they may be able to get you in on a latecomer’s call. If not, they may have space on another show later on. We can’t promise anything but we’ll do all we can to help you.

If you think you’ll be more than 30 minutes late, call us on 0161 791 0727. If you call during office hours (9am-5pm), one of us will help you and speak to The Maze to find the best possible solution. If you call out-of-hours, we may be able to direct your call to the site manager who’ll try and do whatever they can.
